Some of these diets include gluten free (Celiac disease), diabetes, low-sodium, vegetarian, and is learning a lot about the vegan diet. She quickly became skilled in gluten free cooking in 2002 when her daughter was diagnosed with Celiac disease. Since then Chef Kathy has been providing quality food for many others with Celiac disease and diabetes. Some of her specialties include gluten free cornbread and banana bread! Chef Kathy is always willing to accept new challenges when it comes to dietary needs.</p>
