Grocery Shopping

All the groceries are purchased the morning before Chef Kathy comes to your house to cook. Only the freshest and best groceries find their way into Chef Kathy’s cart. In order to find the best ingredients, she may visit 3 or 4 stores. Which may mean she’ll start her day before 6:00am, but she only wants the best for her customers. Some of Chef Kathy’s favorite stores include Scolari’s, Whole Foods, Costco, Raley’s, and Trader Joes. And if you have a favorite store, just let her know and she’ll go there too!

Meal Preparation

Chef Kathy prepares meals in the comfort of your home. She arrives around 9:00 am and will stay until all your food has been prepared. All you have to do is make some room in the freezer. All of Chef Kathy’s meals are prepared with not only the best ingredients, but with the best care, to provide you with a meal that will have you going back for seconds.

Each meal is packaged in containers that can go into the freezer as well as the oven. On the outside of each container you’ll find the date, what’s inside, and how to cook it.

Fine Dining Service

Chef Kathy loves to cook for dinner parties of 6 or more. She will prepare an exquisite meal in your home for you and your guests. She can prepare a fine dining experience of a 5 course meal, or something more simple as a 3 course meal. The menu choice is yours and all you have to do is set the table. Chef Kathy will bring everything she needs, including a staff of servers. Bon Appetit!

Personal Chef Service

Chef Kathy’s primary service is offering in-home meal preparation that can last you anywhere from 2-4 weeks. She also offers a variety of other cooking services. These include the in-home meal preparation with simple reheating instructions, dinner parties for 6 or more, and other specialty items.
